I want to attend Pilot Careers Live London, but I’m confused by the ticket types.
Seminar and Exhibition tickets:
These guarantee access to Arora Theatre seminars, due to limited capacity in the rooms, as well as all-day access to the exhibition hall and fast-track entry to the event. The seminars you have access to depends on whether you have purchased an AM (09.30-13.00) or PM (13.00-16.30) ticket.
Exhibition and Exhibition early-bird tickets:
These grant you access to the event, including the exhibition hall. Please note, Arora Theatre seminar entry is not guaranteed due to room capacity limits. Seminar ticket holders are seated first. Once they have entered, any remaining seats will be open to all attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.
I can no longer attend Pilot Careers Live, although I have already booked a ticket. What should I do?
In the event that you have purchased a ticket that you can no longer use, you are welcome to transfer it to another Pilot Careers Live event. Tickets are non-refundable.
I’m attending a London show and seminar tickets are sold out. How can I listen to the seminars?
Arora Theatre seminars will be audio-recorded and sent to ticket holders post-event.
